Indicate whether you would like an announcement or invitation when ordering and give any details in order notes. I will email you to confirm dates, specifics, etc. and send a proof for approval.
* Digital Product - you will receive a PDF that you may send electronically or print at home, office supply store, or online printing service.
* A proof will be sent for your approval within 1-2 business days before distributing the electronic file.

Shipping
For paper goods such as invitations, notepads, or notecards, production takes up to 5 days (usually shorter) and shipping is typically 1-3 days. For personalized cups and napkins, the production times are longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Reach out if you have a short timeframe for your order.

Returns/Exchanges
Please request a proof when ordering if you would like to see a mock up prior to print. Colors on the computer screen look differently than in person. Please contact me with any issues or concerns upon receiving your paper goods. Because of the personalized nature of my products, I don't accept returns but will take steps to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
