Wedding Invitation Collections
Wedding Collections include a 5x7 Inch Flat Card and a pointed flap envelope with the return address printed on the back flap. The invitations are digitally printed on 120lb. Mohawk Eggshell paper in either white or ivory. Flat Cards in a variety of colors is available at an additional cost. Optional add-ons are guest digital addressing on the front of the envelope, double envelopes, 5.5 x 8.5 Inch Flat Cards, and envelope liners. Quotes for upgrades such as cotton paper, letterpress printing, and foil invitations available upon request.
PAPER
Standard paper offerings include white or ivory 120lb. Eggshell Mohawk paper. Paper in select colors is available for additional fee. Double ply paper (240lb.) is available at an added cost.

* Invitations standard size is A7 (5 x 7 Inch) with an option to upgrade to A9 (5.5 x 8.5 Inch)
* Double Envelopes available for 5.5 x 7.875 Inch Flat Card Invitations
* Details cards available in A2 (4.25 x 5.5 Inch)
* Website cards available in 3.5 x 2.5 Inch
* Square additional card is 4 Inch
* RSVP cards available in A1/4Bar (4.875 x 3.5 Inch)
* Programs available in 3.875 x 9.25 Inch
* Rehearsal Dinner cards available in A6 (4.5 x 6.25 Inch) or A7 (5 x 7 Inch)
ENVELOPES
* Pointed flap (euro flap) envelopes are standard in each collection
* Return address is printed on the back flap of the envelope
* Color choices available for most suites to coordinate with the main invitation and overall design
QUANTITY
* Invitations are sold in increments of 25, with minimum order of 50
* Additional cards are sold in increments of 25
* When deciding how many to order, count households and not the number of guests on your list
ETIQUETTE
* Wording suggestions will be provided and if you have any questions, just ask!
CHANGES TO DESIGNS
* Each collection has been carefully and thoughtfully crafted to reflect the inspiration
* Major changes cannot be made to the designs
* Use the 'contact us' form on the homepage to inquire about custom designs
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED
* You will receive an email with a link to your client portal where all emails, messages, design proofs and details will be kept
* You will receive a questionnaire to collect your detailed information so I can create proofs of your design
* With your purchase, you receive two free rounds of revisions (Additional changes will be billed separately, at $40 each)
* Please carefully read through the proofs for correct spelling, dates, times, names, etc.
SHIPPING
* Your invitations will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex
* You will be given a tracking number when your order ships
* Paper & Gifts by Adele is not responsible for any loss or damage to invitations by the postal service or delivery carrier
* Postal services may have delays related to weather, holiday rush, or pandemic conditions
TIMING AND DEADLINES
* All information (responses to proofs, address spreadsheet, etc.) should be provided to PGBA in a timely manner
* All orders for day of items should be placed at least one month prior to your wedding date
* Orders for Cups & Napkins should be placed 3 months prior to your wedding date
* Order for Invitations should be placed 4 to 5 months prior to your wedding date
* Digitally printed items will ship 5 to 10 business days after proof approval
